Very good tour
Ephesus was amazing. There wasn't much to the Mary house but I'm not religious. The tour guide Selcuk was very knowledgeable and informative. He was also extremely kind and courteous. I would 100% recommend him. The van was clean, modern and comfortable (it even had fast charging USB ports). The lunch was traditional but very good. Only two things I wasn't thrilled about. The first was a visit to a rug store. I felt pressured to buy a rug but I wasn't forced. The second thing was the price of the Ephesus tickets. I admit I should have checked this myself, but it would have been nice if this was mentioned when I booked the tour -- it certainly wasn't the tour guide's fault who explained that it was a government decision.Anyway I had a great time and I wholeheartedly recommend this guide, this company, and this excursion.

NCL Epic was Fantastic in Many Ways!
We were worried about taking this cruise due to the negative reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised that everything was pretty awesome! The food was really good everywhere we ate. The music and entertainment was wonderful! The staff made this cruise extra special by always being friendly and helpful. Giving a shout out to some staff members who went above and beyond ... Neil Joseph, Brian Cosico, Aly Fidelo! Fantastic service and the best bar/drinks was at Shakers Martini and Cocktail Bar! Room attendant went out of her way to make sure everything was clean and perfect each day. You can ask for a coffee maker, ice each day, and extra towels.

It was a very beautiful and wonderful tour. Our guide Selcuk Kaya and driver Ali Yanik was amazing. He is full of knowledge and experience, I’m impressed with his style on providing us with the historical stories behind each city we visited. Not forgetting our driver who is very skilled, polite and accommodating. I had a lot of fun, always felt happy and secure with them guiding us during the tour. The hotels and food were great. Fun and informative tour!
The trip was overall very enjoyable, refreshing and eye-catching! Our guide was Selcuk and our driver was Ali. Both were nice to us! It was our first family trip after a long time and my mom was able to enjoy it fully too! Ali is a kind driver and got us to the places safely. Selcuk is very informative at each stop we went to and easy-going! We were also given free time to explore at certain stops. I lost a keychain of mine and Selcuk managed to find it :D Overall the trip was a memorable family trip that I would not forget! Thank you~

Almost there but could have been better.
Very good and comprehensive itinerary covering key tourists destinations. Recommended hotels were all very good and comfortable. Our favourite hotel during the tour goes to Innova Sultanahmet. Super nice, comfy and superb location. 3 guides were allocated during the tour: Istanbul- Mr Berkin, Cappadocia-Mr Zeki and Ephesus,Pamukale, Bodrum-Mr Selcuk. All were professional guides and ever willing to share the history and their local knowledge of the places visited or stayed.Special mention goes to our drivers for our land tours - safe and calm. Thanks. Also, cars used were comfortable and in good condition.Special thanks to Mr Zeki who offered good laughs and connected with the group during the Cappadocia tour.As for the tour operator; Smart Turkey Tours 2 areas of improvement would be (1) timely updates and communication. There were moments of stress e.g internal flight vouchers, pick up information and details were not informed till the last minute( whic felt like seconds! 😤 and (2) tour itinerary was missing cultural experiences eg. Belly dancing, traditional turkish folk dance.

Wonderful Istanbul tour with Berkin!
Berkin was my guide for a day tour of Istanbul. He is one of the best tour guides I've seen. He started out by being one of the most planned and communicative guides I've had by reaching out before the tour via whatsapp. He was also very informative on all of the history, culture, and buildings. He was also extremely kind and thoughtful and made the tour both comfortable and very fun with his bright personality and ability as a tour guide. I would definitely recommend Berkin as a guide!

The tour was a breeze with our guide Selçuk. His introduction of each visit is easy to understand and clear he’s very hands on and always ready to help around with arranging our itinerary and when if come to translanting. My kids bonded with him and our driver ercan with their warm presence and hospitality. Thankful for a great experience with smart turkey.
